AnaPlexus for Linux (x86_64)
============================

AnaPlexus reads your scanned mail and documents, tells you what each one is and
what it needs, and keeps them searchable. Your documents stay on this machine.

INSTALL
  tar xzf AnaPlexus-Server-Linux-x86_64.tar.gz
  cd AnaPlexus-Server-Linux-x86_64-*
  ./install.sh for you, in ~/.local/opt/anaplexus
./install.sh --service ... and run the document store as a service
sudo ./install.sh --system --service for the whole machine, /opt/anaplexus

Runs on 64-bit Linux with glibc 2.28 or newer (Ubuntu 20.04+, Debian 10+,
  Fedora, RHEL/Rocky/Alma 8+). The desktop window needs a graphical session;
everything else works on a headless server.

FIRST RUN
install.sh offers to run the setup wizard when it finishes. It walks you
through the documents folder, your Anthropic key, the administrator account,
your other devices (the address to bookmark, the firewall, starting with the
computer), optional access from away from home and optional BillIQ pairing,
then prints a QR code for your phone and says when it connects.
anaplexus setup the wizard in this terminal (any time)
anaplexus setup --network just the network and connection steps
anaplexus-gui the same wizard in the window, on first start
  anaplexus --help every command
anaplexus store --show the addresses and certificate of the document store

USE IT FROM YOUR OTHER DEVICES AT HOME
While the document store runs (anaplexus store, or install.sh --service),
any phone or computer on your network opens https://<this machine>:8713 -
anaplexus store --show prints the address. Each device trusts the store's
certificate once (http://<this machine>:8712 shows how). Nothing else is
needed: no Tailscale, no website account, no API key.

OPTIONAL: AWAY FROM HOME, THROUGH anaplexus.com
Only if you want your documents from outside your own network. The website
never receives your documents or your passwords; your browser talks straight
to this machine over your private Tailscale network.
  1. anaplexus server --host 127.0.0.1
  2. tailscale serve --bg 8713 (a private https address on your tailnet)
  3. anaplexus apikey issue --origin https://anaplexus.com (then restart the server)
  4. Sign up at https://anaplexus.com, open Console, enter the address, the key,
your username and password here, and an authenticator code.

BILLIQ
In the web client: Settings > BillIQ > Create pairing code, then paste the
code into BillIQ > Import > From AnaPlexus and click "I've pasted it".
Or: anaplexus integration pair billiq --url https://billiq.com

OPTIONAL
OCR for scanned PDFs without text: sudo apt install tesseract-ocr
